• Orders take 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business day.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $20 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $20 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

• We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email rcforkids@yahoo.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty applies to remote control toys, and only remote control toys, purchased from www.rcforkids.com

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period RC FOR KIDS will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

• RC FOR KIDS will repair the product, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty.
  

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for remote control toys purchased from RCFOR KIDS is 1 year from the date of purchase.

A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• damage of a product resulting from negligence
• damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
• water damage

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

• Products must be returned in its original packaging.
• All accessories that came with product must be included.
• Costumer is responsible for shipping cost on the returned products.
